The progression of Alzheimer's disease frequently occurs over a ten-year period; sometimes longer. Each stage of this difficult journey presents new frustrations and challenges. Without good information and support, many people are vulnerable and isolated. We're here to help with information, guidance and support.
Free to concerned individuals and family members in the Cape Cod region, Alzheimer's Services' programs and services are funded solely by private donations, fund-raising events, membership gifts, and grants.
